Thinking Skills 2
The 'Thinking Skills' programme helps to develop problem-solving skills in students and teachers. The skills can be used in the classroom on a day-to-day basis and at home to help with lesson planning/homework.
The programme focuses on six skills: 1. Criteria 2. Alternatives 3. Patterns 4. Analogy 5. Synthesis 6. The 5 Thinking Steps. There is a separate section for the teacher and student on each skill, giving guidance on what/how/when to use the skills in lessons. The 'Thinking Skills' programme is ideal for schools interested in developing PLTS (Personalised Learning and Thinking Skills).
The programme includes a quiz for each skill, providing a powerful assessment tool for learners, teachers and leaders.
